Where we come from
Built by operators, for operators.
Esset is built by the team behind Eland — live since 2021. We've serviced over 27,000+ leases and 236,000+ invoices, and processed PKR 1.2 billion in rent payments, across 13,000+ units and 682 properties.
We grew up in one of the toughest property markets in the world: high-volume rentals, rapid tenant turnover, multi-currency cash flow, manual government compliance, and tenants who'd rather WhatsApp than email.
After five years inside that, we rebuilt from a clean slate. Esset is what we learned from the inside, built for landlords scaling a portfolio, hostel chains, residential building managers, and growing property agencies.
